We ask for an email, and nothing else.

What we collect, and why

Your email address

So that a correction comes from a reachable person rather than a script, and so we can tell you what happened to it. There is no password: you get a one-time link, and opening it is the whole sign-in.

What you send with a correction

The nickname you choose, the link to the source, the change you propose, and the note you write if you write one. Reviewers read these to decide.

Nothing else

No advertising, no analytics, no tracking across sites, no profiles. We do not sell or share what you send.

The only cookie this site sets is the one that keeps you signed in after you open a confirmation link. It lasts seven days, and signing out ends it everywhere you are signed in.

Where your email address lives

Sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth, the hosted service that stores accounts for this site. Your address is stored there and nowhere else. The application's own database holds only an internal identifier for your account.

• It never appears on a public page.
• It is not shown on the screens administrators use to review reports — they see the nickname you chose, not who you are.
• It is not written to server logs. Logs carry a request identifier and an error code, and addresses and one-time links are stripped before anything is written.

The automated assistant

When you send a correction, an automated assistant reads the page you linked and writes a comparison for the reviewer. That means the text of that public page and the values being compared are sent to our AI provider, OpenAI.

• Your email address, your nickname and your note are never sent. They are not part of what the assistant is asked.
• The text fetched from the page is not stored — only the comparison it produced.
• The assistant cannot change a listing or decide a report. A person does that, always.

The record of what changed on a listing

Kept. It is how anyone can see why a public listing says what it says, and it does not record who reported the change — the administrator who decided is the person named in it.

Sign-in sessions

Seven days.

Deleting things that have expired is a step in our monthly maintenance, not an automatic job — so a record may outlive the period above by a few weeks.

Asking us to remove you

Write to aaa@ai2ax.com from the address you used. We will:

• Delete your account, which is where your email address is stored.
• Detach your reports from you. The nickname is replaced, the note you wrote is deleted, and nothing points back at your account.
• Keep the change itself — the source link and what was corrected — because that is the record of why a public listing changed. It no longer says who reported it.

You can also ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. If you simply want a different address on file, sign in with the new one: reports are tied to the account that sent them, not to a profile you have to maintain.
